You must:
- Provide accurate, truthful information
- Use your own email and real account
- Keep your password private and confidential
- Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
We are NOT responsible for unauthorized access due to your negligence.
Usernames must:
- Be appropriate (no offensive/derogatory language)
- Not impersonate another player or staff member
- Not include real names of minors
- Follow community guidelines
Violating = automatic account suspension.
If you're under 13, your parent/guardian must:
- Consent to account creation
- Review this terms agreement
- Monitor your in-game spending
We comply with COPPA. Accounts for verified minors have stricter controls.
YOU are responsible for:
- All activity on your account
- All purchases made via your account
- Keeping login credentials secure
- Timely logout on shared devices
We're not liable for losses from account compromise resulting from your negligence.
- Play all tsunami brainrots games fairly
- Trade with other players consensually
- Buy cosmetics & battle passes
- Share strategies in Discord
- Create streaming content (with credit)
- Make fan art (non-commercial only)
- Cheat: Exploits, aimbots, speed hacks, duplication glitches
- Scam: Fake trades, false promises, deception
- Harass: Threats, hate speech, doxxing, sexual harassment
- Spam: Repetitive messages, bot flooding, link spam
- Hack: Attempt unauthorized access, data theft
- RWT: Real-world trading (selling currency for real money outside our system)
- Sell Accounts: Trading entire accounts for cash/items
- Impersonate: Pretend to be staff, developers, streamers
- Reverse Engineer: Decompile code, modify client files
- Monopolize: Market manipulation, artificial scarcity creation
- Commercial Content: Unauthorized monetization of tsunami brainrots games content
Violations = account warnings, suspensions, or permanent bans.
For rule violations, we may:
- Warn: First minor offense (chat, behavior warnings)
- Suspend: Temporary ban (3 days to 30 days)
- Permanent Ban: Final action for severe violations (cheating, scamming, harassment)
Appeals considered for suspensions. Permanent bans are final except with powerful new evidence.
- Cheating (speedhacks, duplication glitches, aimbots)
- Scumming (stolen account trades, refund fraud)
- Serious harassment (threats, hate speech, doxxing)
- Refusal to comply with moderator requests
Banned players can:
- Request appeal 30 days after ban
- Submit evidence of innocence
- Get reviewed by unbiased moderator
- Receive decision within 7 days
Game progress, trades, cosmetics, and collection items = your property within our system.
You own:
- All items you earned/purchased
- Screenshots/videos for personal use
- Account data (see Privacy Policy for export)
You don't own:
- The games themselves (we license them)
- Account access (it's revocable if you violate terms)
- Future features or cosmetics
- Rights to monetize tsunami brainrots content professionally
All game code, art, mechanics, and branding = our property or licensors' property.
You may NOT:
- Copy/reverse engineer tsunami brainrots games code
- Use our logos/branding commercially
- Redistribute game files
- Create paid derivative works
- Claim ownership of our games
Non-commercial fan art = fine. Selling fan merch = infringement.
If you believe we've infringed your copyright:
- Email legal@example.com with detailed complaint
- Include what content, what right, proof of ownership
- We investigate within 10 days
- Takedown or explanation follows
False DMCA claims are perjury (under threat of law). Don't make them lightly.
- Gems (Hard Currency): Real money purchase only, non-refundable except within 48 hours
- Cosmetics: Cosmetic cosmetics only—never required for core gameplay
- No Refunds: Used cosmetics = consumed goods
Fair Play Terms:
- Player-to-player trades = binding contracts
- Moderators enforce completed deals only if both parties consent
- Dispute resolution by moderator + transaction logs
- Scams = instant permanent bans
Escrow System (Coming Soon): Both players deposit items, moderator releases both simultaneously.
Selling tsunami brainrots games currency/items for real money outside our systems = permanent ban.
This includes:
- Selling Gems for cash
- Offering real money for rare items
- Trading brainrots game items for other game currency
- Any off-platform monetization
Why? Protects from fraud, money laundering, and payment chargebacks. Use only official gem purchases.
- Unused cosmetics: 48-hour full refund
- Used cosmetics: No refund (you consumed them)
- Gems: Non-refundable except promotional refunds
- Battle passes: 7-day refund if no battle pass progress
- Bug-related: Refund + compensation if our bug caused loss

- Game interruptions, lag, connection issues
- Lost progress from your hardware failure
- Unauthorized access due to your negligence
- Third-party platform issues (Discord, Stripe)
- Other players' actions (scams, harassment you don't report)
- Lost earnings from market changes
- Device damage from gaming
Our liability limited to the lesser of:
- Amount you've spent in last 12 months, OR
- $100 USD
This applies to ANY claim: data loss, account deletion, technical failure, whatever.
The platform is provided "AS IS" without warranties.
We don't guarantee:
- Uninterrupted access (server maintenance happens)
- 100% uptime (some downtime is normal)
- Zero bugs (games are complex)
- Tsunami brainrots games will never change
- Cosmetics will always be available
- Your progress will never reset
- Third-party service reliability
Use at your own risk. Backup important data yourself.
- Violation of these terms (cheating, scamming, harassment)
- Inactivity for 1+ years + forgotten login
- Age verification failure (if required)
- Repeated payment chargebacks
- Legal obligation (law enforcement request)
- Request account deletion anytime
- Process takes 30 days
- Data erased permanently
- No refunds for purchases (consumed services)
Deletion is irreversible. We keep anonymized records only.

- We never store credit card info

- Investigation: We review game logs, trades, evidence
- Decision: Moderator issues ruling within 7 days
- Appeal: You get 14 days to appeal with new evidence
- Final: Appeal moderator makes final decision
If unsatisfied after appeals:
- US players: Small claims court (under $5,000)
- International: Binding arbitration
- Class action waiver applies (you sue individually)
We can update these Terms of Service anytime. When we do:
- 30-day notice via email + in-game announcement
- If you disagree, delete your account (30-day grace period)
- Continued play after 30 days = acceptance of new terms
These Terms of Service governed by:
- Jurisdiction: [Your Country/State] law applies
- Venue: You agree to binding arbitration, not court lawsuits
- Arbitration: Neutral third-party arbitrator, not judge/jury
